Restoration Hunger Relief Inc. was founded on March 1, 2020, in response to the growing need for food assistance to families in need in underserved communities. What began as a grassroots effort to provide emergency food support quickly expanded into regular food distributions, hot meal services, and nutrition education programs. Through strong community partnerships and volunteer support, the organization steadily increased its reach and impact. In February 2024, Restoration Hunger Relief Inc. achieved official 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, marking a significant milestone that strengthened its capacity to expand programs, secure funding, and continue its mission of restoring dignity, health, and hope through access to nutritious food.
